About the Role
As a Bilingual Health Navigator, you will help patients schedule and attend appointments, keep medications and care plans organized, and serve as a bridge between patients and the healthcare system. You will also document activities in the Electronic Health Record system and problem-solve around social, safety, and health needs.
About You
Required:
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Experience in healthcare, social work, or community support.
- CPR/First Aid certification and a clean background check.
Preferred:
- Excellent organization skills.
- A big heart and a passion for helping others.
