About You
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Proficient experience with loan origination software (Encompass preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processes.
- Knowledge of residential mortgage procedures and loan programs.
- Familiarity with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
