About the Role
As a Bilingual Medical Front Office Specialist, you will work with team members to deliver quality healthcare to children. Your daily tasks will include greeting patients, verifying insurance benefits, inputting data into EMR, collecting payments, and managing phone communications. You will also be responsible for conducting end-of-day balancing and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and their families.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass criminal background check.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date.
- Enjoys working with children.
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
