About You
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required; completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 6 months customer service experience, payer benefits experience, or healthcare industry experience.
- Healthcare related certification, license, or equivalent coursework.
- Ability to handle personal health information with confidentiality.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
