About the Role
As a Bilingual Plasma Center Nurse, you will determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. You will work under the guidance of the Plasma Center Manager and the Center Physician, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing support for environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, including a recognized educational nursing program.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of assignment.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
- Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in plasma collection or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Completion of FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
