As a Bilingual Senior Universal Banker, you will deliver accurate and friendly service to members, engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their financial needs, advise on lending and deposit products, and complete branch operations tasks. You will build trust and rapport with members, helping them achieve their financial goals.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or relevant education in finance, sales, or marketing).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, positive image.
- Attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Comfort with proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and financial literacy.
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
