About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert, you will assist customers in filing their taxes by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers, and you will interact with them through video communication software while documenting your interactions.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
Experience with video and audio communication tools.
