About the Role

In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Your responsibilities will include providing tax advice, preparing tax returns, performing tax calculations, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
