As a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert, you will assist customers in filing their taxes, utilizing TurboTax products. Your responsibilities include providing tax advice, preparing tax returns, and managing inquiries related to the software. You will work remotely, using video communication tools to interact with clients and document your interactions accurately.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Experience with video and audio communication tools.
