About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert, you will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries. You will utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. This is a virtual, customer-facing role where you will interact with customers through video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
