About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert, you will assist customers in filing their taxes by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers, using video communication tools for customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of these interactions.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

Preferred:

Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
