About the Role

In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Your responsibilities include providing tax advice, preparing tax returns, performing tax calculations, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers and document interactions using video communication software.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Experience with video and audio communication tools.
