About the Role

In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Your responsibilities include providing tax advice, preparing tax returns, performing tax calculations, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers in a clear manner. This is a customer-facing position that requires effective communication through video and audio tools.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers through video and audio tools.
