About the Role

In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Your responsibilities include providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers, and document interactions to maintain records. This is a virtual, customer-facing position requiring effective communication through video software.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
