About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert, you will provide tax advice, prepare tax returns, and manage inquiries related to Intuit TurboTax products. You will utilize various resources to deliver accurate information to customers and document interactions using video communication software. This position allows for 100% remote work, enabling collaboration with a team from home or office.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

Preferred:

Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
