About the Role
As a Billing Analyst I, you will communicate effectively with leadership and internal clients, support billing inquiries, research and resolve issues related to billing, complete necessary account reconciliations, and take ownership of billing tasks for special handling clients. You will also review new client implementation profiles and ensure accuracy in billing setups and processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years’ experience in Accounting, Billing, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.
Preferred:
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
- Experience using SAP.
