Summary
FiberLight, LLC is seeking a Billing and Collections Analyst to join their team in Plano, TX. The role involves managing end-to-end billing and collections activities while building strong partnerships with internal teams.
About the Role
As a Billing and Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for executing daily billing, collections, reporting, and account research activities with accuracy and timeliness. You will maintain documentation, monitor and resolve billing inquiries, and drive continuous improvement in collections. Additionally, you will manage complex issue resolution, track billing trends, engage with customers to reconcile accounts, evaluate collectability of accounts receivable, and review contracts for accurate billing.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
- Experience with a large customer base and high transaction volume.
- Ability to translate and analyze data into reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with NetSuite and/or SalesForce.
