About the Role
As a Billing and Collections Regional Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of billing and collections for a defined region, focusing on strategic leadership, operational oversight, insurance and payer relations, compliance and auditing, performance reporting, process improvement, team development, and growth partnership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare billing and collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications such as HFMA’s Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), or Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
- Experience in a surgical or ASC environment, particularly in dental/oral surgery.
