Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a Billing Rate Specialist (Hybrid) to join their team in Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX. The role involves supporting the coordination of tasks related to client fee agreements and collaborating with various teams to enhance billing processes.
About the Role
As a Billing Rate Specialist, you will assist in documenting, tracking, and monitoring client fee agreements in accordance with the firm's policies. Your responsibilities will include maintaining client master files, supporting the annual rate review process, updating timekeeper rates, and generating ad hoc reports. You will work closely with the Pricing, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Billing teams, and will have the opportunity to collaborate both in person and virtually in this hybrid role.
About You
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with industry billing and collection software, such as Aderant.
- Relevant internship or coursework in business services, finance, accounting, or billing.
