About the Role
As a Billing Specialist, you will work closely with sales leaders and account managers to prepare and issue invoices and credit memos. You will assist the Accounting team with month-end close, review invoices for accuracy, communicate with clients to resolve issues, and help train fellow employees. Additionally, you will analyze billing procedures for improvement and provide documentation during audits.
About You
Required:
- AS Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or a high school diploma with 2 years of professional work experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
Preferred:
- Printing background.
- 2+ years' experience as a Biller or in a related role.
