About the Role
As a BIM/Revit Technician, you will support the NYC Water team by preparing 3D models using Revit and Civil 3D, coordinating with multiple project design disciplines, and ensuring quality control. You will work closely with engineers and perform site inspections while following standard work methods under general supervision.
About You
Required:
- Higher Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Revit.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on Civil 3D.
- Solid experience in 3D modelling software applications (Civil 3D and Revit).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Preferred:
- Recognized certificate, diploma or above in BIM, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering, Surveying or equivalent.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with CIC and CEDD BIM modelling standards.
