WSP in the U.S. is seeking a BIM Manager - Open Buildings to join their team in New York, NY. The role focuses on creating and managing detailed 3D models using Bentley software for planning and infrastructure projects.
About the Role
As a BIM Manager, you will provide technical design support for OPEN BUILDINGS and CADD, oversee CADD designs for multi-site construction projects, and ensure deliverables meet industry standards for quality and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include creating accurate 3D models, coordinating with engineers and architects, conducting clash detection, and maintaining the BIM library.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a closely related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with a focus on Bentley software solutions.
- Technical proficiency with Bentley software platforms (including MicroStation, AECOsim, OpenBuildings Designer) and other BIM applications.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
- MTA experience.
