About You
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or laboratory operations
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management and procurement
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with vendors, supervisors, and staff
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge of organizational programs and their logistical support needs
- Physical ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry
- Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret Clearance
- Experience working in research or laboratory settings, particularly in infectious disease
- Familiarity with biosafety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting disease surveillance operations
- Experience in facilitating shipment and receipt of test specimens
- Familiarity with federal and military procurement and logistics policies
- Experience training support staff
