About the Role

As a Blockchain Partner Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day relationship management with a defined set of blockchain partners. Your focus will be on maintaining strong partner health, driving ecosystem alignment, and supporting growth initiatives related to USDC, EURC, USYC, CCTP, and other Circle products. This hands-on role emphasizes partner trust, ecosystem insight, and execution discipline, rather than direct revenue generation.

About You

Required:

7+ years of experience in partner success, enterprise account management, or strategic partner leadership roles within a technology or SaaS environment.
2+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
2+ years of experience at a leading blockchain ecosystem or foundation.
Demonstrated ownership of multi-year partnerships, renewals, and account expansion strategies.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales and post-sales cycles, including QBRs, renewals, and co-marketing strategies.
Strong ability to manage C-level relationships while collaborating with technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Preferred:

Experience scaling onchain ecosystems or protocol GTM strategy.
Familiarity with builder enablement tools (e.g., grants, dev onboarding, liquidity incentives).
Prior startup experience, particularly in early-stage Web3 environments.
Deep passion for the stablecoin space and Circle's mission to build open, interoperable financial infrastructure.
Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
