About the Role
As a Blood Collection Staff, you will utilize your healthcare and customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process. This includes collaborating with your team to transport and set up equipment at collection sites, creating a comfortable environment for volunteer donors, and following safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills.
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights, good manual dexterity, and adapt to long hours and frequent schedule changes.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred:
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
- Prior leadership experience.
