About the Role
As a Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining treatment programs based on client evaluations, supervising treatment protocols, mentoring technicians, and ensuring compliance with clinical requirements. You will also conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, engage with parents in training, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- BCaBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
Preferred:
- Previous supervision experience.
- Crisis management experience.
