As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers, conducting assessments for behavioral interventions, and supervising others seeking BCBA certification. You will work in a supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality care and achieving better outcomes for clients.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Active BCBA certification.
Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
Experience in designing and implementing behavior-analytic programs.
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
