Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Riverside, CA. The role involves providing life-changing services to children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism. Your daily tasks will include conducting assessments, collaborating with families, and providing training to staff. You will work in a supportive environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.
About You
Required:
- Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
- Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
- Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
