Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Ventura, CA. The role involves providing life-changing services to children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism. Your daily tasks will include conducting assessments, utilizing various methodologies, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure effective treatment plans.
About You
Required:
- Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
- Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
- Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
