About the Role
As a BCBA clinical supervisor, you will manage a small caseload of 5-8 clients, providing ongoing training and feedback to BCaBA and RBT staff. You will conduct adaptive behavior assessments and skill assessments, evaluate program effectiveness, and establish positive relationships with caregivers and stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in field of course instruction.
- 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
