About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for program growth. You will demonstrate best practices in ABA clinical care, provide consultation and support to families, and collaborate with the Clinical Director on program development and quality assurance.
About You
Required:
- BCBA certification
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities
- Highly motivated team player
