About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for managing small caseloads, conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will also provide supervision and training to RBTs and contribute to a positive team culture.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Arizona LBA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
- Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
- Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
- Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.
