About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment programs, and supervise direct care staff. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with families regarding treatment progress and strategies.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable).
- Completion of BCBA supervision training.
Preferred:
- Experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds and stand/move for at least 75% of the day.
