As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), designing evidence-based programming, and offering continuous support to families. You will collaborate with other service providers and foster a positive team culture while ensuring clinical excellence.
About You
Required:
- Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB.
- Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios.
Preferred:
- Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date.
- Ability to complete and pass a background check.
- Retain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients.
