- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
