About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for assessing children with behavioral and emotional challenges, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and designing individualized ABA treatment plans. You will also provide supervision to behavior technicians, develop new programs, and produce progress reports to meet regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- 2-3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic technology
Preferred:
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven record of effective behavior modification
- High level of organization skills and attention to detail
