About You
- Master’s level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
- Must obtain RBT credentials if not already obtained.
- Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
- Experience in providing training and supervision to support staff.
- Strong communication skills for presenting facts and recommendations effectively.
