Summary
Kyo is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves leading individualized ABA programs and supporting the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
About the Role
As a BCBA at Kyo, you will lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, utilizing Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems. You will also support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees, ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA therapy in a collaborative clinical environment.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
- Availability to support clients during after-school hours (typically between 3:00–7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and participate in physical and play-based therapies.
Preferred:
- Experience in delivering ABA therapy in various settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team.
