About the Role
As a BCBA, you will design, develop, and implement ABA programs tailored to individual client needs. You will collaborate with families and professionals, supervise mid-level staff, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. Your responsibilities will also include training staff, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA Certification.
- Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes around service areas.
- Valid California Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting.
