Summary
Therapy and Beyond - ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Sugar Land, TX. The role involves facilitating a team approach toward treatment in a clinical setting and mentoring behavior therapists.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, collecting, and evaluating data related to patient treatment. You will work collaboratively with a holistic treatment team, train and supervise behavior therapists, and ensure effective treatment strategies are in place. Your role will also involve evaluating treatment efficacy and facilitating training for parents and staff.
About You
Required:
- Masters in a Behavior related field.
- Active BCBA Certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical treatment setting.
