About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), design and implement treatment programs, and train and supervise Behavior Technicians. You will monitor client progress, ensure accurate data collection, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Completion of BCBA supervision training.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey.
