Summary
Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Yocumtown, PA. The role involves delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, and Autism.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. You will collaborate with an intra-disciplinary team to ensure effective behavior support plans and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians as needed. Your responsibilities include monitoring treatment plans, responding to crisis situations, and maintaining clinical records.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field.
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience with complex, high intense/high frequency behaviors.
- Required experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
Preferred:
- Experience with both mentally ill and intellectually disabled adult populations.
