About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and creating behavior plans, supervising ABA programs and staff, supporting and training caregivers and RBTs, and collaborating with a team of experienced BCBAs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while being supported throughout your professional journey.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians.
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
