About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct comprehensive skills assessments, perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized teaching programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and manage case coordination with insurance companies. You will also provide ongoing training and support to staff while staying current with ABA research and best practices.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
- A valid driving license.
