About You
Required:
- Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure as required in Michigan.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience or training in Behavior Management and Psychology.
- Skills in Parent Education and working collaboratively with families.
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly those with autism or other developmental challenges.
