About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for performing intakes and assessments, creating individualized treatment plans for each client, using evidence-based treatment methods, maintaining detailed documentation, supervising RBTs, and adhering to all facility and BACB standards and ethics.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in counseling, behavior analysis or similar field.
- Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a BCBA.
