Summary
BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct care and clinical oversight in Rockwall, TX. The role involves overseeing clinical services and ensuring high-quality ABA services for children and families.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will establish and manage ABA services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure compliance with BACB standards. You will work in various settings including clinic, home, and community, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous learning.
About You
Required:
- Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.
- Qualify for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Valid, current driver’s license & current car insurance on vehicle.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential in diverse environments.
- Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to commute to Rockwall, TX or willingness to relocate.
Benefits
- Total compensation package from $80,000 to $109,000 annually.
- Monthly performance bonuses up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year.
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
- 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend + CASP Membership.
- 3 work-from-home days per month.
- 27 days off including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays.
