About the Role
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for supervising treatment implementation, conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior programs, and providing behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting. You will also conduct parent trainings, maintain certification, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board certification and in good standing as a BCBA.
- Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Current BCBA licensure in Texas.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
