About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing client treatment from assessment through care delivery, conducting functional and behavioral assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing supervision to Behavior Technicians. You will also collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
