Hope is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Greater St. Louis. The role involves developing treatment and behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD as part of evidence-based therapy services.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans, analyzing data on treatment goals, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, and maintaining your BCBA credential. You will work in a supportive environment focused on empowering individuals with disabilities through skilled therapy services.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy or currently enrolled in a Master's program.
- Credentialed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or currently pursuing credentials.
- Ability to lift and carry children and/or adaptive equipment (at least 50 pounds).
- Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods of time.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of prior experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating with professionals in different fields of study.
- Organized and punctual with a strong clinical skill set.
- Sensitive to cultural differences.
